Position: Case Administrator

Location: Ramsbottom (option to work remotely)

Salary: £22,000 per year

The Case Handler position at Stamp Duty Advice Bureau is a key role within the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information from clients about properties they have purchased or are considering purchasing.

The Case Handler will be expected to collate all relevant documentation and information and produce a comprehensive case file that clearly outlines the rationale for why a property should be classified as non-residential. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a keen understanding of the property and finance industry. Sales executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Ramsbottom (with remote options) Salary: £32,000 per year

Stamp Duty Advice Bureau is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, demonstrating their knowledge of stamp duty and property conditions, and generating new business through networking with relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert advice on stamp duty and property conditions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Utilize networking opportunities to create new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and results to the management team

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate and finance industries, with a focus on stamp duty and property conditions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work in the office as well as remotely
